TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the SUPR Pickleball website, facility, memberships, court reservations, open play, leagues, lessons, events, retail shop, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Facility Use & Assumption of Risk

SUPR Pickleball is an indoor pickleball facility. Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury.

By entering the facility or using our Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, facility use, and physical activity.

All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions. SUPR reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Memberships, Accounts & Eligibility

Some Services require a membership or account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by SUPR. SUPR may suspend or terminate memberships or accounts for rule violations, misuse, or misconduct.

Reservations, Open Play & Events

Court reservations, open play, leagues, lessons, and events are subject to availability and posted policies.

SUPR may enforce no-show or late-cancellation policies. Schedules, pricing, formats, and availability may change at any time.

Payments, Refunds & Credits

All prices are subject to change.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All sales are final

• Refunds, if issued, will be provided as club credit only

• Club credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

Retail Purchases

SUPR may sell equipment, apparel, and accessories in-facility and online. Returns or exchanges are subject to posted store policies.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and not SUPR Pickleball.

Conduct, Safety & Children

SUPR is committed to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

SUPR Pickleball is not a daycare or playground. Children must be supervised and able to follow facility rules at all times. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility.

Photography & Media

SUPR may capture photos or videos within the facility for marketing or promotional purposes. By entering the facility, you grant permission for use of your likeness unless you notify SUPR in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, signage, marketing materials, and website content are the property of SUPR Pickleball and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SUPR makes no guarantees regarding availability, outcomes, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUPR Pickleball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or facility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPR Pickleball from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
